Our App is designed to help you log and track your health metrics (heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood oxygen) and provides an AI-powered assistant for general informational purposes.
II. INFORMAL COLLECTION AND USAGE
To provide you with a secure and transparent experience, we categorize the data we process into strict categories:
2.1 Health Tracking Data (Strictly Local)
The core functionality of the App allows you to log heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, and blood oxygen levels. All of this health data is stored strictly locally on your device. We DO NOT require you to create an account, nor do we collect, store, or transmit your health records to our servers or any third-party cloud storage.
2.2 AI Assistant User Content (Input Content)
Our App features an AI Chat Assistant. By entering any text, questions, or prompts ("User Content") into the AI Chat, you explicitly consent to the temporary transfer of such data to our third-party AI service providers (e.g., OpenAI) for the sole purpose of generating the AI response.
Disclaimer: We strongly advise you NOT to enter any personally identifiable information (PII) or highly sensitive medical data into AI chat. The AI provider processes this data solely to return a response to you and does not use it to identify you.
2.3 Automatically Processed Data (Analytics & Logs)
While using the App, some basic technical information about your device and usage patterns may be automatically processed to ensure the proper functioning of the App. This data is entirely anonymized, usually non-personal, and is never linked to your local health data. Automatically processed data may include:

Device brand, model, and operating system (OS) version.

Anonymous crash logs and locale data.
•
IP address and device identifiers (used strictly for app performance analytics).
We use third-party analytics tools (such as Google Analytics/Firebase) strictly to improve our app's performance and fix bugs.
III. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION & INTERNATIONAL TRANSFER
3.1 Third-Party Channels
We will never disclose, lease, sell, or rent any of your information to a third party for commercial gains or advertising purposes. We only share anonymized or input data with essential service providers (like Google/Firebase for crash logs, and OpenAI for the Chat Assistant) strictly to provide and improve our services.
3.2 International Data Transfer
Due to the global nature of our service providers (such as AI processing), your non-health data (like chat prompts or crash logs) may be transferred and processed across international borders. We confirm that any third-party providers we share your data with provide the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.
IV. DATA SECURITY, STORAGE, AND NO CLOUD SYNC
The privacy of your health data is paramount to us. We utilize industry-standard security measures to protect your interactions with the App. However, please be aware that no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Because we do not provide cloud synchronization services:

Your health logs (heart rate, blood pressure, blood sugar, blood oxygen) are exclusively kept on your physical device.

If you uninstall the App or clear the App's data, your health logs will be permanently erased.
V. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHTS
We offer the following rights to safeguard your data:

Right to Access and Modification: You have full control to view, modify, or correct your health data directly within the App.

Right to Erasure/Deletion: Since your health data is stored locally, you can delete all your data instantly by deleting the records within the App or uninstalling the App from your device.

Right to Withdraw Consent (AI Chat): You can stop using the AI Assistant feature at any time. By not entering text into the chat, no data is transmitted to our AI providers.
VI. EXTERNAL LINKS
Our Service might incorporate hyperlinks to other websites or third-party content. Any third-party content, privacy regulations, or practices are outside our control and bear no liability under this Privacy Policy.
VII. INFORMAL RELATING TO CHILDREN
We believe in protecting children's privacy online. The App is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the AI Chat feature. If we become aware that someone under 18 has provided us with personal information without verifiable parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or relevant laws. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective as of" date.
